2. Hosting and WebAnalytics by IONOS
This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When the website is accessed, IONOS processes technical connection data required for delivery and secure operation. This may include the requested page or file, referrer, browser type and version, operating system, device type, time of access and an anonymised IP address.
IONOS also provides WebAnalytics for web-hosting products. According to IONOS, visitor data is anonymised when collected, retained for eight weeks, not disclosed to third parties and not transferred to third countries. The analysis uses no cookies and serves statistical evaluation, security, stability and quality improvement.
Processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. IONOS acts as a processor under an agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR.
3. Contact by phone or email
If you contact us by phone or email, we process the details you provide, particularly your name, contact details and the content of your request, in order to respond. Contractual or pre-contractual enquiries are processed under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; other communication is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Contact form and service request assistant
The contact form and service request assistant do not send data to the web server. Submitting only opens the email application configured on your device with a prepared message. You decide whether to send it through your email provider.
5. Cookies, browser storage and analytics
The website itself sets no cookies and stores no settings in local storage. Apart from the anonymised IONOS WebAnalytics described above, no additional analytics, tracking services or advertising networks are used.
6. Embedded media and encryption
Images, graphics and the Sacré promotional song are loaded directly from our own IONOS web space. Audio never starts automatically. When the website is accessed via HTTPS, transmission between your browser and the server is encrypted.
7. Your rights
Subject to the statutory requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. Consent may be withdrawn at any time with future effect. Contact vertrieb@sacre.de to exercise your rights.
8. Right to complain
